The employees are pleasant and very nice. The location is particularly good, eager to give suggestions on things to do in the area. It's near the nearby shops and the National Park and the Bar/Restaurant.

The place was clean with attentive and knowledgeable staff members. The breakfast was nice and had hot food, and the pool was enjoyable. The location was superb - within an easy walk to everything we wanted to visit. Additionally, Three Rivers Mall was only 1 mile away.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and fun for the kids. Property is updated and very clean. Breakfast was very good. A wonderful selection and again very clean. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

The area was a bit sketchy. The staff warned someone to leave that was digging in a garbage on the property. No real eateries within walking distance. Older building meant less noise insulation so we could hear every step above our room and the street outside.

The location was unbeatable, relatively near Kelso Theater Pub. The room was very well kept by housekeeping and available with kitchen and bathroom. The staff was caring and attentive, giving me recommendations.

The room was great, had a clean bathroom, exceptionally comfortable beds, and the staff was nice, situated in a remote location within walking distance of Country Village Nutrition store.

We were excited with the initial price, but were upset when the staff was rude and housekeeping never came.

Isn't a quiet place. Housekeeping never came, we had to ask for towels and had to bring out garbage out ourselves.

I liked this pet-friendly hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator in my queen room were a very thoughtful addition. Everything was good, but a few employees were a bit rude. The location was comfy and magnificent for traveling around Kelso, next to the restaurant for dinner and Kelso. My stay here was really good.
